Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been successfully received, it will typically be processed within one or two business day, excluding weekends and holidays, unless otherwise noted at the time your order is placed.  You will receive a shipment notification email when your order has been processed for shipment.

International shipments typically take 10-20 business days to arrive, depending on your location and the speed of customs. Shipment delay may subject to public holidays and festive peak period.

Depending on what country you live in, you might be charged with additional import fees. This varies from country to country, so we can't calculate it before hand.

The shipping price depends on the weight of your package and where you live. You will get an exact price when you go to pay for your order.

You can track your order from the delivery provider’s site using your tracking number given in the fulfillment email.


Our payment gateway and all checkout pages are secured and encrypted using HTTPS and SSL. The main motivation for HTTPS is authentication of the visited website and to protect the privacy and integrity of the exchanged data. We do not store your credit card information and in fact we never see the entire card number or CVV on our end. This ensures that even if someone were to hack our secured systems, they would still not be able to retrieve any credit card information used by our customers.
