Pu-Erh is a fermented tea which is traditionally made in Yunnan Province. Unlike loose and dry tea leaves, Pu-Erh leaves go through a traditional piling method which ages or ferments them faster. There are two varieties - raw and ripe. The ripe version, which is called Shu Cha Pu-Erh is the most common. It is known for its dark color and fuller taste profile that combines floral, sweet, earthiness, and bitterness.
