It is one of the famous hot drinks in the world and especially in India. A cup of low carb milk tea (chai) in the morning gives you a feeling of freshness and puts you on the way to a long day. It can be made with almond milk and various types of tea leaf. This recipe made with almond milk, low carb sweetener, tea leaf, ginger and cardamom and water.

HOW TO MAKE KETO MASALA CHAI… THE AUTHENTIC KIND

Take a pan and pour the water and milk on it, add ginger and cardamom and bring to a boil on medium heat
Then add the tea and boil it for 2 to 3 minutes into medium heat. Mix well, then switch off the heat then Add Stevia on it then again mix well.
